"Florida Springs" Villa is a beautiful new 7 bedrooms, four and a half bathroom property situated on the magnificent Terra Verde resort, Kissimmee, Orlando (voted best community 2004).

This Orlando villa sleeps up to 16 people, is fully air conditioned and luxuriously furnished. There is a fantastic games room, private pool and spa also. We even included free local, national, & international telephone calls to most countries.

This superbly furnished home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee your holiday is both relaxed and enjoyable. Included is our own superb fully screened swimming pool, spa and extended sun decking area. There is a large covered porch for those wishing to shelter from Florida's blazing sun. The pool area is southwest facing, ensuring evening sun, until dusk.

"The 7 bed house at terraverde was well furnished and very relaxing to stay here. We had 3 families with 2 kids each, and there was plenty of room as it sleeps 16 . The heated pool and air hockey/pool table games room was loved by the kids, they enjoyed that as much as they did the theme parks. To the left of the premises is the lounge area. This area is equipped with a relaxing suite, coffee table and soft furnishings. All our Interiors are designed by one of Orlando's highly respected interior designers. Adjacent and open plan to the living area is a six seating dinning table, ideal for formal dinning. Further dinning is available in the breakfast area.

To the right of the premises there is the games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. There is also leather reclining chairs with electronic massage to relax whilst watching the TV. The second living area is towards the rear of the premises and leads directly to the pool area via sliding patio doors. It features a large screen TV, stereo and DVD with access to local cable channels. Adjacent is a breakfast area featuring a four seating table and chairs. The large kitchen complete with all modern appliances is open plan to the breakfast area. A utility room with large capacity washer and tumble dryer is located in a separate room.

Master bedroom one is located on the ground floor and features a magnificent US queen size bed (equivalent to a UK king size). Full luxury en-suite facilities ensure that special feel of quality associated with executive living. Master bedroom two is located on the first floor, again featuring US queen size bed and en-suite facilities. Master bedroom three features a full double bed and adjacent full bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
Bedrooms four to seven are all double bedrooms featuring two single beds in each. Two of the rooms are Disney themed. These rooms are ideal for children or adults alike.
