Our home is suited for all ages wanting to enjoy the magic of Disney.
Whether your here for the parks, business, Golf or even to soak in the sun, our beautiful Town Home has it all.

Just 50 feet away from the club house, pool, resort facilities and the main gate, our home is situated in an idyllic location.

Leading in from the main entrance the kitchen is situated to the left. The ground floor is open plan leading onto the dining area which can seat up to 6 guests comfortably. This then opens onto the family room with TV and DVD, which has beautiful views of the lake.
The ground floor for your additional comfort has two ceiling fans.

There is a half bathroom on the ground floor as well as the utility room.

The family room leads out through the double doors into the private court yard area with garden furniture and your very own hot tub. The court yard is south facing and is secured with a surrounding wall and gate.

The stairs lead to the 1st floor hallway which takes you to the three bed rooms all of which are decorated to a high standard.
The master bedroom host's a color TV with Cable and an on suite bathroom.
The breathtaking views from this room overlook the lake and private court yard.

The second and third bedrooms are located to the front of the property and over look a green wooded conservation area. Both rooms have two single beds, closet and ample storage space, and share the third bathroom.

Fully air conditioned through out and beautifully decorated and furnished our home has a fully equipped kitchen with all up to date appliances including refrigerator with ice maker.

All linens for beds, bath towels, clock radio, stereo (CD player), hair dryer,
2 TV's with Cable, DVD Player, Washer and Dryer, Dishes, silverware and utensils, place setting for 6 people, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and a private Hot Tub.
