The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ironing board with iron, washing machine and dryer. The dining area has table seating for 6 plus breakfast bar for 2 that provides all you need to eat together as a family.

The family room opens out on to a south facing sun-drenched lanai with a sparkling heated swimming pool and deck to enjoy in privacy. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation at "Tuscany Palm" is perfectly planned for the family that enjoys two master bedrooms with ensuites comprising of a queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, a dresser with TV, DVD player plus built in wardrobes. The ensuite bathrooms comprise of vanity basin, shower / bath-tub, hair dryer plus a private toilet.

There are two further bedrooms that are perfect sleep-stations for the kids in the party with 2 twin beds in one and a queen bed in the other. Both are well equipped with a night-stand and dresser, TV, DVD player plus a shared family bathroom adjacent to both.
