Villa Description

Evans villa has an open living area with high ceiling to allow lots of light. The dining area has a table for 6 and there is a breakfast nook table to seat 4. The whole of the living area is fully tiled to save any worries about children spilling drinks.

The lounge area has two large comfortable sofas, one of which is a queen sized sofa bed to allow the villa to sleep 10 people. It can sleep 12 if the party has a baby who would use the 2 travel cribs. It also has a large HD flatscreen TV and Blue Ray DVD player with a library of videos and DVD's for guests to enjoy on a quiet evening after a long hike around the theme parks. We have an Ipod docking station and a CD player for those of you who want to bring your own music. Although the villa is fully air-conditioned we do have a ceiling fan in lounge for extra comfort on very hot days. A patio door leads to the pool deck.

The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, waffle maker and waste disposal unit. There is lots of crockery and cutlery as we have a place setting for 12, and we have provided separate plastic cups, plates and bowls for pool area. There is a telephone in the kitchen which allows free local calls and free internet connection.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with up-graded mattress for extra comfort, Cable TV/DVD combo (HD flatscreen) and a ceiling fan. The cupboard is a walk in one and there is a patio door leading to the pool deck. The room has an ensuite shower room which also has a door to the pool deck and can be used as a pool shower room.

The second master bedroom also has a queen sized bed with up-graded mattress, ceiling fan and HD flatscreen TV with cable and DVD. It also has a large cupboard and ensuite bathroom/shower.

Both twin bedrooms have large cupboard, Cable TV/DVD and up-graded mattresses. They share a third bathroom. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer provided and the master bedroom also has, at owners teenage daughters request, a hair straightener.

The pool deck has been extended to allow more space for the very comfortable patio furniture, including 6 sun loungers, and we have a spa with the heated pool. We have a covered lanai with a ceiling fan on the pool deck. We provide an electric BBQ for pool use and inflatables for the children.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and football table. There is a free standing fan for keeping cool. We also have a clothes washer and dryer in the garage.

All bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided. The villa has an ironing board and iron plus a large washer dryer for taking care of all laundry.

Baby equipment such as 2 travel cribs, highchair, dinning chair booster and 2 strollers are provided free of charge.
