Villa Eden
Hall / Family Room
The spacious hall leads on to a large open plan living / dining area. The high vaulted ceilings give lots of light and the whole of this area is tiled. The villa is fully air-conditioned but also comes complete with a ceiling light / fan in the living area and master bedroom. The living area comes complete with upgraded furniture comprising of two luxurious sofa's with side tables. There is also a television complete with DVD and VCR. The patio doors lead out to the 21ft-shaded lanai and then onto the wonderful pool & spa area, with the added bonus of a lake view.
Master Bedroom 1

This stunning master bedroom contains an impressive Queen size bed with sumptuous bedding and upgraded mattress for your comfort. The furniture is also upgraded and this bedroom has direct access onto the pool & spa area. This room comes complete with a walk in closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
The bathroom also has direct access to the pool & spa area.

Master Bedroom 2
As with master bedroom 1 this room also comes equipped with a Queen size bed with upgraded mattress. The bedding is also a superb quality ensuring a superb night's sleep! This bedroom comes complete with bedside tables, chest of drawers and closet. It leads onto the 2nd master bathroom with coordinating shower curtain and fluffy towels.

Twin 1
This twin room contains 2 twin beds with individual hand picked furniture. Yet again we have gone to lots of trouble to provide wonderful bedding accessories for the comfort and delight of the children in your party. There is a closet available in this bedroom and the third bathroom is in close proximity.

Twin 2
This room has two twin beds with closet and bedroom furniture. We have decorated this bedroom in a ‘Disney Theme’. Bright and Breezy colours with soft toys available for the younger, or not so younger members of your party. This bedroom is also in close proximity to the 3rd bathroom. New for Summer 07 - Mickey Mouse TV !!

Bathroom 3
We have continued our Disney Theme on into the 3rd bathroom with Mickey shower curtain and accessories.

All bathrooms contain a hairdryer

Pool & Spa area
Our South Facing Pool & Spa area has the added benefit of a breath taking Lake View. Our extended decking comes complete with a 21ft-shaded lanai, if you should need shade in the hot afternoons. We have lots of pool furniture for your use including tables, chairs and loungers. We also have a children’s area set aside in the shade of the lanai with play table available. The pool comes complete with a safety fence, for those not so sure of the water, and then the whole of the pool is screened for your added comfort.

The Games Room
Our games room will delight everyone in your party and contains, Large sectional sofa, pool table, foosball table, TV, PS2 & HI FI
An assortment of games & books will be available for your use.

A washer and dryer are available together with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron. Baby equipment is also available for your use with stroller, high chair and travel cot along with a baby walker and small baby bouncer. All free of charge.

All linenes, towels are provided, including beach towels!!
