As you walk into the fully air-conditioned villa you will first come across our formal dining area, set with all the trimmings for a special meal.

The open plan living area with vaulted ceilings,has stunning furniture,with two extra-large sofas and soft furnishings throughout, with a huge TV,DVD and video with a variety of films.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all of the facilities you would expect including microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and one of those really big fridges with an ice-maker that are common to the U.S. Our Nook area is just off this with a view of the pool as you have breakfast.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size 6ft luxury bed with pillow-topped mattress, matching bedside cabinet and stunning dresser, beautiful gold bedding and soft furnishings plus ensuite facilities. A door leads right onto the pool area, ideal for that early morning swim.

The 2nd Master overlooks the front of the property. This time a Queen Size 5ft bed again furnished with luxury wine & gold bedding and matching soft furnishings also with accompanying ensuite.

In addition there are 2 other twin bedded rooms, one with a Disney theme in red, yellow & blue and the other in Denim & burgundy, all bedrooms have cable TV, 2 have DVD's.

The pool area features an oversized pool, Lanai and a welcoming Jacuzzi in which you and your family can unwind and relax. The rear facing aspect of south-west is ideal for sun worshippers and privacy is assured, as others do not overlook us at the rear. For the safety of your little ones a safety fence is provided.

Our games room is perfect if you want to escape from the sun, with a pool table, foosball, electronic dartboard, PS 2 with 2 joypads. Comfy seating for everyone and two large fans, for when the competition hots up!! Plenty of entertainment for all ages....

Also provided is a crib, high chair,booster seat and stroller, all free of charge.

The villa also has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryers.
