How to Advertise with Terra-Verde-Villas.com

If you wish to advertise your villa on the website you can fill out a simple form with all your villa details and submit it to us along with your photographs. The annual subscription is currently £75 per home (we charge Strerling as we are based in the UK so are billed in Sterling by Google, and this equates to about $150 at current exchange rates).

Adverts are checked to make sure they are suitable and inline with the website and community ethos - decisions on whether to accept an advert are at the discretion of the website administrators. Once payment is received and your advert is approved it will become visible and eligible for enquiries. If we decide not to accept an advert, you will not be charged.

How the website works

Visitors to the website can browse the villa listings and search for an individual villa. From your main advert page they can then e-mail you directly or visit your website. They also have the opportunity to send an enquiry using the form on your advert page to you. This will increase traffic to your own website and also increase it's page ranking in the search engines because of the relevant link.

Visitors also have the ability to send out a general enquiry from the front page of the website, which has become a common feature amongst advertising websites.

Together these generate four main types of enquiry:

1) A Specific Enquiry for your villa only - this will only be sent to you, so we ask that you respond in all cases to the enquiry and if unable to accommodate them, to also forward it back to us to offer to similar homes. This keeps bookings 'inside' Terra Verde and a fundamental part of the website is to work as a community to generate bookings.

2) A Specific Enquiry for only 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 bedroom homes - this will have been sent out to all relevant home owners depending on the visitors requirements. You should only respond to this type of enquiry if you can accommodate the guest and meet their requirements for a home. Speculative 'spamming' will not be tolerated and can lead to removal of your advert without compensation.

3) A General Enquiry to all advertisers - the same rules apply as for 2) above.

4) Enquiries generated by your advert either through your own website or via the e-mail link on your page. In this case it is up to you to respond and if appropriate suggest other villas if your home is not available.

Terra Verde Villas - Terms and Conditions of advertisement.

All homes advertised must be privately owned. Adverts by Management Companies or Booking Agents will not be accepted. Homes will be verified as privately owned and advertised by the site administrators.

All adverts will be approved by the administrators before being accepted - our decision is final.

Villa owners with multiple properties at the resort must advertise all of those properties individually.

Advertisers must not direct any enquirer to any other website that advertises villas either directly or indirectly through a website link.

Sending enquiries to owners that do not advertise on this site is prohibited - including posting the enquiry in the 'Booking Exchange' on forums as not all that have access advertise. This is to ensure that enquiries are kept amongst those that have subscribed to the website.

Enquiries received from other advertising sites must not be resubmitted through this site or directed to this site if it contravenes the rules of the site the initial enquiry came from - in particular LMV and any of the OV group sites (OV/OFV etc). The aforementioned sites are aware of this site and will on a regular basis 'test' owners to ensure this doesn't happen. Anyone breaking this rule faces instant removal from all of these sites.
