Villa 17 - Villa Gianessa

Villa Gianessa is our Dream Villa named for our 2 Granddaughters Gianna & Vanessa.

Our luxury 2875 square foot villa is located on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde. This ideal 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned, central heated and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. It was tastefully decorated by a local Interior Designer taking comfort into consideration. Free Wireless Internet is installed in the Villa.

It contains a variety of features such as a King en Suite Master Bedroom, 2 Queen en Suite Bedrooms, 1 Queen and 1 twin en Suite Bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. All of the en Suite Bedrooms have ceiling fans and 5 of the bedroom have flat panel TV's. We also provide 2 pack and play cribs, Toddler Bed, stair gate, stroller and High Chair for you little travellers.

There is full cable 47" High Def flat panel television in the Den and DVD players in the Den and Master Bedroom.  The pool is a south west facing private, illuminated heated swimming pool and spa.

All 5 Full Baths are fully equipped, all of them also contain Hair dryers....there is also a Half Bath on the Lower level.

There is full cable television and DVD players in the Den and Master Bedroom and a west facing private, illuminated heated swimming pool and spa. Sliding doors from the family room or Kitchen lead you out on to the extended Lanai and pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture, or take a dip in our optionally heated pool or bubbling spa pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children, if you should need it...

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full set of dishes, silverware, cooking and baking needs and a Patio service for you poolside entertaining. We have also provided an electric BBQ Grill for your use.

All bed linen, bathroom towels are provided. The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer.

The Living Room and Dining Room are beautifully appointed and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks.

The Family Room features a pool view with sliding doors that lead onto a covered Lanai. You can put your feet up on the overstuffed Sofa or Love seat and relax to your favorite TV show, DVD or listen to the music of your choice. We provide over 50 movies for your pleasure.

You can get competitive in the game room complete with a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, and Foosball table. Your fans can cheer you on from the Bistro Table... Or try your luck at poker the cards and chips are provided.
